Life Skills Courses
Our Life Skills Courses are specially designed to help you learn the skills you will need as an adult living independently. If you complete one of our courses, you will receive a certificate of achievement.

Our courses include:

• Meals on a budget
• Basic household maintenance
• Planning a monthly budget
• Preparing for employment
• Making the most of the internet

All of our Life Skills courses are completely free. Keep watching our virtual notice board on the website for details about future courses.

Counseling
Sometimes we all feel like we need someone to talk to. At Project Amos we have trained counselors who you can come and talk to at any time. If you need to talk, just ask.
